Terrible service. This company works as a franchise of Sixt. We rent the car for 10 hours on a Saturday. When we arrived, they gave us a car without explaining anything: everything was fine. The same day we arrived at 6pm and we were supposed to park the car and leave the keys on a postbox, but no parking spot was available for more than half an hour. We had to park wherever we could. Next day we called several times to the the "contact number" they provided, but nobody answered the phone. As a consequence, we got a ticket, that of course we had to pay.If parking is an issue when returning the car, you say something to the costumer as well, right? If you have a contact number for when the business is closed you answer the phone. However, this was not the worst part. One week and a half later, I saw in my bank account that they had taken from my card another 73 euros. I went there and apparently the payment was due to the tank not being full when we returned the car. 73 euros for a bit more than a quarter of the tank?? And I have to learn about the payment by chance?? No email, no phone call, nothing. Also, if you are going to charge this amount of money for the gas, you must say something to the costumer when he takes the car, right? This is acting in bad faith.
