  Cheats! Cheats! No better other better way to describe these tour operators who are rude, lack personal and professional ethics. Greedy, unethical cheats with NO respect for anyone’s time. They clearly overbooked a popular tour (we later heard from others this is a hit or miss kinda tour business) beyond their abilities. After some 15-20 people WITH CONFIRMED ISSUED TOUR TICKETS were told “sorry tour boat full come back later” rather rudely without any explanation they had the audacity to tell my rather disappointed daughter to “just be quiet.” This was after we stood in line for over 20 minutes (before the scheduled time) to meet our guide and get on the boat. How are these operators allowed to do business in Venice. Several newly married couples, a family with some elderly were all left in the lurch. When we angrily protested at the ticket booth they “shoved” the reimbursement money towards us rudely without uttering a single word or apology. Shameful!

  Do not waste your 20 euros booking the 3 island tour (Murano, Burano, and Torcello). We came 20 minutes early for the 12:00 departure, and at 12:00, they said the ferry was full and wouldn’t allow any people to enter. We were very angry and when we asked for a refund, the lady working at the ticket booth was reluctant and spoke with a disrespectful tone. They are incompetent tour operators who are really trying to hoodwink innocent tourists, and they have no respect of other people’s time, money, and completely zero on ethics.

  Horrible experience!! Don’t waste your money on these thieves. After booking a Murano, Burano, & Torcello tour at 12 noon, we arrived eagerly at the dock 20 minutes BEFORE the tour. There was no one to receive us, which was odd, and we were told to wait in a long ferry line. They finally started boarding, but before admitting my family, they stopped the line and rudely said, “we’re full, no more people allowed. The next tour is at 2pm.” OUTRAGE! Another large family behind us was also left out. How do you overbook a boating tour?? And why would they think it’s a good idea?? We went to the ticket booth and demanded an explanation, and the lady at the counter told us to SHUT UP before giving us a refund. Apparently, the 2pm tour was overbooked as well. What a terrible experience!! DO NOT BE FOOLED. Bad planning, bad service, and RUDE.

  I have to catch an early morning flight and wanted to take the first boat from Lido. However, they cannot guarantee that the boat will even stop there in the event that it is already full when departing from Venice. They were not cooperative in any regard and stopped responding to my emails.
