  Molto bella la struttura, ambienti curati e di classe. Il bar dell'hotel, aperto fino a mezzanotte, è accessibile anche per gli esterni. Consiglio di prendere un buon aperitivo nell'elegante sala interna o nel giardino esterno da dove è possibile raggiungere, con una passeggiata in salita, la suggestiva Kaffeehaus ottocentesca dalla quale si gode un bellissimo panorama.

  Since this is a Terme it is a very nice location to go to to relax in their thermal baths and/or have a massage or other special spa treatments. However I do not consider this to be a 5 star hotel. We made a reservation for 2 nights. We were very warmly greeted at reception and told our room would be upgraded from superior to deluxe. Very nice room but with a tub with very high sides which made it very difficult to get in and out. Also no "non slip" protection in bottom of tub and no handles to use to stabilize yourself. Tub also had both the older fixtures with a shower wand and a newer shower head with two controls that had us so confused we had to call the front desk to understand how to use it. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate. However one time the waiters paid no attention to me and I had to ask for a coffee after having eaten my entire breakfast. They did not come to me to ask me what type of coffee I would like. Not very attentive. Also at both times I ate breakfast after I finished eating I placed the knife and fork on the plate and got up to get another plate of fruit. The waiter both times took the dirty knife and fork off of the plate and placed them on the tablecloth, thus soiling the tablecloth. He did not take the plate and the knife and fork and then return to the table to place a new clean knife and fork on the table. Terrible. Also, new clean plates were available at the buffet, but there were no knives, forks, or spoons. So I could not get my own clean utensils. The dinner we enjoyed was excellent. Very fresh ingredients. Well presented. And a bit pricey even with a 20% discount. The thermal baths and massages were wonderful. Unfortunately the slippers I was given were too small for my feet which made it difficult to walk around. There is a nice 15 minute walk up a graded, inclined path behind the hotel that has a nice view of Pisa and the surrounding area. This is a beautiful old hotel that is very clean and well maintained. A very nice terme with associated amenities. However I personally do not believe that this is a 5 star hotel.

  Tutto il personale (reception, bar, ristorante e area termale) è molto gentile e disponibile. Camera grande e pulita, bene anche il servizio ristorazione e la prima colazione. In generale le aree comuni necessitano di più di cura nei dettagli e nella manutenzione. Mi riferisco alla terrazza della piscina esterna, alla sauna non all'altezza della struttura, al bagno turco che aveva un cattivo odore e alla zona relax. La struttura nel complesso è molto bella e potrebbe essere valorizzata di più.

  La SPA ha locali e piscine molto puliti e rilassanti, le varie aree sono dislocate nella splendida struttura che risulta essere, ad un primo approccio, un po' labirintica. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente, vasta scelta di trattamenti. Fortunatamente non abbiamo trovato affollamento, comodissimo il parcheggio gratuito in strada. A mio avviso da migliorare le aree relax (più scelta di tisane, più frutta/verdura fresca, più piante) e da fornire la possibilità di un'ingresso per mezza giornata alle piscine ad un prezzo coerente. Consigliatissimo.

  Purtroppo vi abbiamo trascorso un solo giorno, in questo magnifico paradiso. L'albergo è meraviglioso, monumentale, si respira veramente quell'aria di relax di spensieratezza, di pace. La camera che ci è stata riservata è magnifica con soppalco, dove mia figlia si è sentita regina. Il personale, tutto cordialissimo e attento ad ogni particolare. Pulizia ed ordine è di casa. Apprezzatissimo il pensiero per il compleanno. Sono gesti che fanno sempre, ed ovunque la differenza, e qui la direzione sa cosa fare.. Grazie e un arrivederci....
