  I consider that this place is worth the 4 points. Here is not everything perfect (there are some spots which could use a slight renovation), but all in all everything is fine. 1. Had a room with own bath. It is spacious and has a good light. 2. Breakfast consist of croissants, marmalade, banana, juice and toast. 3. A big fully automated coffee machine- you have a coffee flat rate. 4. Bottled drinking water also there 5. The personal is friendly and try to explain everything you ask 6. The flat is near the metro station Re Di Roma- i could easily drive until here and with luck found even a parking space. From here 15 minutes walk to Colosseum. The area is pretty quiet 7. The room is clean and an outgoing cleaning lady was cleaning it daily. 8. For this price i stood in mmmuch worse hotels 9. If i would have seen the pictures from 2011 i wouldn't have come here. The flat is completely renovated and looks fine. 10. If i come to Rome again, I would book here again.

  The accommodation is not in the same place as tje office where you check in. If ypu are choosing this guest house for its location right next to the metro station, i suggest you find sth else. The rooms are scattered withing a 1km radius from tje office at Re di Roma. Very clean and pleasant room and I really appreciated the availability of the kitchen. Considering the price, I've tried cheaper hotels with a similar standard. The big disadvantage is that you have to share the bathroom with 2 other rooms.
