::(English-Arabic) An artisticly done hotel, you feel you are in an art exhibition and not a hotel. Everything about it is well thought of. Staff are great can't name one person specifically because all of them are so great and welcoming. ::One of my favorite hotels in the entire world! Every room/suite I have stayed in is beautiful and immaculate. The toiletries are amazing, the showers are amazing, the breakfast is amazing, the views... AMAZING!! The perfect location and excellent customer service!! And the spa 😍 the best!!

::Rooms are a decent size; spacious for typical European hotels. Street-facing rooms are loud (multiple street sweepers every night). Good breakfast buffet and terrific cappuccinos. Pool and sauna are relaxing after sightseeing. Service is friendly. Decor is garish and bizarre.

::Serwis ok ale były problemy z zamkami do drzwi które co rusz przestawały działać. Dopiero po trzecim razie cały zamek wymieniono nad ranem. Wcześniej pomimo naszych reklamacji reagowano z "łaską". Oryginalny design. Jak w całym centrum problem z parkowaniem.
