  Cafe Florian is an upscale cafe and afternoon tea/lunch place located in St Mark's square. It's almost Iconic as the area it's located in having been established some time in the 1700's and been operating ever since! Its quite a popular place, and as a result it can get quite busy here. However the staff are friendly and efficient when it comes to dealing with larges volumes of people. The service is quick and the food/drinks that you order come quickly too. There are plenty of cakes and patisseries on display which you can choose to eat. There is also a lunch menu and a fine selection of teas to choose from too.

  I was shocked about the price!!! We ordered two cappuccino and drank it quickly "without taking a seat". I thought it should be around 5 Euro for two cappuccino, but we paid 10euros.... It's too much. ... The atmosphere is nice, but I don't recommend this place for drinking, if you wanna have everything in reasonable price.

  I visited Florian on two occasions during the 2018 Carnival at about 9pm and it was practically empty. There were a few costumed people sitting by the windows peering out at the people peering in with their cameras. The menu is extensive but pricey of course. The quality is good. The service is acceptable. I give 5 stars, however, for the environment which is astounding and oozes history. Who doesn't want to sit in this cafe for a while and be part of a conversation that has been going on for centuries. Hence, clutching my hard earned euros firmly in my hand, I sat down and ordered supper.

  A fantastic venue in a beautiful spot of San Marco square. Interior decoration is just unbelievably stunning and although it’s a little pricey, it’s 100% worth it for the experience. We had coffee cocktails some small fish crostini and a selection of macaroons and it was great. The service is excellent and you get first class service throughout.

  Feeling comfortable here, the waiters were nice and kind. There was music playing outside which I loved it so much!! The atmosphere was really romantic, feeling like I was a part of the past legend. The waiter uniform was really attractive, too! and also when they walked with the sound of shoes. The food and drink were unique and good, but quite expensive. I ordered Florian club sandwich (17,5) & Florian liquor coffee with chocolate (14,5).
