  I love this place! It is by a corte, you feel the real spirit of Venice and it's also very close to the station. The flat is new and very comfortable, it has several balconys and it's very bright! The owner is very kind and he gave us all the information that we need. The kitchen is also provided of basic items like tea, coffe, water, buiscuits... I really recommend this place! We have to come back! Adoro questo posto! È proprio su una corte, si respira il vero spirito di Venezia; è lontano dal caos e, allo stesso tempo, è vicino alla stazione e alle principali attrazioni. L'appartamento è nuovo e molto confortevole, ha diversi balconi ed è molto luminoso. Il proprietario è molto gentile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. La cucina è anche fornita di tè, caffè, acqua, biscotti ecc... Consiglio vivamente questo posto! Personalmente ci tornerò presto!
