  Posto molto scadente. I bagni sono chiusi da mesi ed è molto scomodo visto che spesso arrivo con un bus e ne devo prendere un altro!

  Terminal autobus a Pisa. Struttura nuova ma priva di molto: bagni pubblici, pochissimi posti a sedere al coperto, un servizio informazioni attivo, personale scostante e a volte poco educato e mi fermo qui..... In quanto struttura nuova dovrebbe essere al passo con i tempi, ma rispetto al vecchio terminal è cambiato solo il sito. Gli autobus partono in orario......

  The worst treatment you can possibly expect from a transportation company: even though they guarantee that in case of delay you will not miss the connection with another bus, the latter won't wait for the previous one to come. Result? You won't get to your destination. No refund. Complaints are useless. Staff is highly rude and if you call the costumer service phone number you're going to spend a lot of money (58 cents per minute). Busses are always late, and I suppose there's no cleaning service because the hygiene level is terribly low, even though ticket prices are not low at all. Security during the trip is also not provided: the way drivers drive is definitely insane. Dangerous overtakes and not respecting speed limits are just a part of their daily routine. I definitely NOT recommend you to use their services, especially if your are a tourist. (I've been a costumer for 9 years now)

  Buses are always late! Even though prices are ok
