  Locale molto suggestivo, arredamento minimale che esalta la bellezza dei vani scavati in profondità nel tufo di Matera. Le sculture danno un tocco di originalità in più senza appesantire. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Il personale ci ha accolto con garbo e gentilezza risultando sempre presente ed efficiente. Le pietanze che abbiamo preso sono state tutte all'altezza delle aspettative, combinando i prodotti locali con preparazioni originali. Prezzi "adeguati" al contesto. Consigliato

  Abbiamo cenato con tutta la famiglia in questo ristorante e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva. È un percorso che stimola tutti i sensi e non soltanto il gusto. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo in una bellissima location ed abbiamo concluso la cena con un tour del locale ammirando le statue scolpite nel tufo. Camerieri e proprietario gentilissimi e disponibili. Sicuramente un livello superiore alla media con prezzi assolutamente in linea rispetto a quello che si trova in giro. Complimenti.

  I wanted to stay away from the touristic area and asked around about a nice restaurant to have a romantic and quiet night with my wife (since the grandparents were babysitting our then 1 year old). we were told to go to Dedalo. we had a nice walk down the hill and found ourselves in this beautiful restaurant. the ambiance was incredible and fit in to the Matera feel of being inside a cave. The service was incredible and the food was delicious. they really treated us like we were family and the chef even came out and we had a very nice conversation. They welcomed us with a glass of champagne with small pieces of frozen chocolate raspberries which were to "die for" according to my wife. And when my wife asked about what they were they said they made the chocolate themselves and gave her a little complementary bag to go. After a fabulous dinner it was actually very nice to have a nice walk around the area and back up to our hotel. I highly recommend this place

  Consigliato! Abbiamo mangiato in questo locale per Pasquetta. Ambiente incantevole, sopratutto la sala delle statue, personale sempre attento e cibo all'altezza. Il prezzo è medio alto, ma in linea con i locali della zona. Da tornarci sicuramente.

  Una location molto bella e suggestiva. Si trova totalmente in un sasso. Il cibo buono ma non eccellente per quanto tu possa aspettarti da un locale così bello e curato. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale ed anche il servizio è stato molto buono. Hanno anche una sala privata dove puoi prenotarti per una cena romantica dove avrai un cameriere dedicato,mangi con posate d'argento e piatti in finissima porcellana e bicchieri di cristallo. Una serata davvero diversa e molto particolare.
