  Personale molto qualificato, simpatico e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire assistenza e consigli. Vastissima la gamma di prodotti, sia per uomo che per donna. Ci ho comprato vari regali, che molto gentilmente lo store manager ha personalizzato con le iniziali del destinatario. Consiglio a tutti di farci un salto quando vi trovate in piazza della Signoria.

  The worst customer service I have ever received. Very untrustworthy store. I will never again purchase a Fossil watch after many years of nothing else nor anything from this store. Wish I could tell the story on this but they limit what you say so you will just give them a good rating etc. Bad experience all round.

  Terrible customer service. The staff were rude, dismissive and sarcastic when I ask a very basic question about a product.
