  I wish we didn't go for Goldcar. We were lucky to find the shuttle at the airport. We basically saw a shuttle stopping outside the parking area, at a petrol station, and I recognized the sign "ParkingGo" on it, which was on the picture in the instructions Goldcar sent us. The driver was not apologetic at all, like if we had to know that he would have stopped there. When at the counter we found out that we had to pay more cause the driver got the license less than 4 years ago, and there was a term addressing this (which obviously wasn't on the main website). We got a car that wasn't among the car options of our category. It was full of scratches and with a broken rear light. We had no choice but to do the insurance and pay 100 euros extra for our piece of mind. Never again.

  Nie było żadnych problemów z wypożyczeniem samochodu. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Samochód 5-letni czysty, sprawny, zgodny z opisem. Jedyny minus to położenie wypożyczalni. Z lotniska trzeba tam podjeżdżać samochodem. Autobusy jeżdżą raz na pół godziny.

  ATTENTION Goldcar vous ARNAQUE ! Très mauvaise expérience ! J'ai l'habitude de louer un véhicule pour mes vacances mais c'est la première fois que je suis aussi MAL RECU. Le personnel de l'agence n'est PAS PROFESSIONNEL du tout. Sur le site, les INFORMATIONS sont incomplètes et TROMPEUSES ce qui fait que le prix indiqué sur le site n'est pas celui réclamé dans l'agence ! DANGEREUX !

  It was not the easiest to find them coming from Marco Polo Airport since free shuttle service is not presented well on the airport, neither in documents received upon booking. However, once arrived on their desk, as same as on delivery of the car, service by attendung personnel was exceptional, all necessary info provided on indeed professional and polite way. Cost was very competitive, car rented (Fiat 500L) in very good condition. I will surely use Goldcar in Venice again, if they improve "arriving info" to ease service to first time client, will recommend to all.

  È la seconda, e ultima volta che noleggio da loro. Nella prima occasione (fine ottobre 2017)mi hanno dato un'auto sporca ma soprattutto con i freni ormai al limite nonostante avessi specificato di dover fare un viaggio lungo con una bambina di 6 mesi. Nella seconda (8/1/18-14/1/18)ho prenotato un'auto con bagagliaio grande ma mi hanno dato una 500L che di bagagliaio è piccolissima, anche questa volta era sporca (evidentemente la pulizia la fanno stesso loro ma in maniera molto grossolanamente) ma soprattutto al momento del ritiro c'erano tante piccole ammaccature che loro fanno finta di non vedere anche se evidenti...ovviamente qualcuna scappa sempre ed infatti mancava appunto una piccola botta sul parabrezza che ingiustamente, a mio avviso, mi hanno addebitato al modico prezzo di 240€!!! quando per ripararla basterebbe molto meno!poi ciliegina sulla torta, al momento del ritiro specifico che devo recarmi in alta montagna e loro mi danno l'auto senza catene, che quì in veneto sono obbligatorie e comprese nel noleggio, me ne sono accorto già in montagna e sono dovuto andare a comprarle di tasca mia!!!! MAI PIÙ!!!
