::The rooms were good and clean. It was way too crowded for breakfast and it was obvious that the staff despite their attempts found it hard to maintain the service due to crowds It's convenient that it has shops and a grocery store right next door. The inhouse souvenir shop has mangets and small gifts at very affordable prices. It was priced quite less than at tourist attractions.

::Poor value. Aircon stoped working. Excessive noise from room above. Beds slide around. No fruit at breakfast. Food ran out quickly.

::Decent place to stay. Breakfast was lacking. Dinner was good with more than enough. The rooms were nice, but the staff was a little rude.

::Worst ever Customer Service. Sweating in our room and Reception advises that Aircon Not WORKING. Asked to speak to Manager, been advised Mgr is only available tomorrow. NO Table Fan!! Seriously!!!?? In Rome? Capital of Italy???? A hotel in City with No Aircon in Summer??? PATHETIC!!

::I do not understand how a hotel would not have air conditioning working when it is so hot . In this advanced age how can you not have A.C.... pathetic. I called the reception and they said the guy who fixes it is not there..... really???? I have read same or similar reviews from various guests do this just seems to be a standard line that reception uses.... whatabout proving a fan then???
