  People were very friendly and accomodating as well the rooms were clean and spacious. Location was very good, close to a luxury mall along with the trevi fountain. Overall, great experience.

  Friendly staff, good service and very good breakfast was included in our room. Christina from front desk was very helpful and gave us a good price to upgrade the room we booked. The room was spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. The room service brought all what we asked right away. I wish they had a coffee machine at the room.

  wonderful and friendly staff, amazing location for sightseeing and shopping, surrounded with restaurants. the rooms though are not equipped properly....no sockets near the tea kettle...sockets in general do not work...we used the bedroom socket boil water in the kettle for tea...sockets can be used are near the bed only...free TV is only showing news....everything else is paid....not even a single kids Chanel, all paid. the staff was so friendly and provided a cd player with a couple of animation videos. be careful...you can get boiled when using the bath....the water turns into really hot all of a sudden. the same for the bidet....LOL

  If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great hotel, fabulous services find the concierge who are great if you have places to visit. The roof top terrace bar is atmospheric & the staff are very helpful. The drinks / food is expensive but worth it if you want to treat yourself
