  This is the worst nail salon in Rome. I am not the type of person to leave a bad review but the service at this salon was so disgusting that I felt compelled to warn anyone that is a tourist or not a local to stay clear of this place. Not only was the price outrageous (they charged me 45€), but I received a terrible manicure from a young lady who was clearly not qualified to be providing the service as she was still in training. After applying the shellac she reapplied it to only the ends, making it very thick and uneven when looking at it from the sides. I don't place the blame on her as she did her best but I blame the owner, who did not bother to check nor acknowledge the manicure I received. When I confronted the owner she pretended to buff the sides of my nails and proceeded to claim there was nothing wrong with the manicure. She didn't make an effort at all to ensure that we left satisfied and judging by the way she treated us, it is honestly beyond me as to how this lady is still running a business. To say that I'm dissapointed with the service I received today would be an understatement.
