::It was my first experience of car rent. Everything was good. We got a fiat Punto. Car was in very good condition, clean and almost new. I buy insurance with all coverage, so only extra fee for fuel service was hold(about 70 EUR) on the card and was released after a week ago after car was returned. No extra charges was applied.

::Terrible service. I have two credit cards and couldn't remember which one I booked with. I gave both, but the first car checked wad the wrong one so my booking was entirely cancelled and Hertz refused to rent the car!
