  It was my 2nd stay in this hotel , before and after innovation. Great staff and great hotel company " i try it in many branches aver europe. Reception staff LUCCA always win for helping me and otheres with great tretment

  Really nice hotel. The staff were especially helpful and gave us a special treatment. Food was lovely and so was the location.

  clean & super big fancy room(like boutique hotel!) nice breakfast and kindly staff. if i visit milan again, of course stay here 🛏

  Nice Breakfast. Spacious room. The dressing in the room is very convenient. Style to be modernized.
