  Had to wait to get the room upon arrival. Location is amazing though. Only 1 lift for the whole hotel

  Needs updating. Breakfast is worth it though. Location is perfect.

  Large rooms, really friendly staff, good location. Although an old hotel it was really comfortable. The room we had was more like a suite. Good breakfast as well.

  It's is pretty good hotel, Very good location just couple steps from Duomo. It's clean and nice atmosphere. However, needs little renovation and they should work on the breakfast, breakfast is very poor.
