  Countless details are carefully managed here. I can’t recall staying anywhere quite like it. It’s an efficient, clean, and modern operation, and the rooms are sized just right, well appointed, and well lit. The buffet breakfast is easily the best we’ve ever encountered with perfectly prepared eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, etc., on a very nice veranda. The staff is very helpful. The in-room fridge is restocked with free bottled water - bubbly and flat - every day. Just don’t expect any local charm, views of the city, etc. - it’s a fairly generic room.

  Really plush and clean rooms. The staff is really polite, professional and efficient. There was some ceiling repair work going on in the corridor while we were leaving for the day and the handyman was polite enough to remove himself and his ladder while we passed him, in spite of there being enough space for us to cross if he hadn't moved. Plus points are the balconies and the roof top terrace. The roof top terrace has a beautiful sit out with a vending machine that dispenses sandwiches, wine and beer. It affords a beautiful view of The Opera House. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous. There are plenty of eateries, walking distance from the hotel for you to have lunch and dinner outside and a couple of carts as well that'll sell all kinds of food and drinks. The hotel is at a walking distance from Republica metro station that takes you to almost all places of interest.

  We got to the late night and Frank was very nice. Room was very clean and we were happy with it. Bed was making not the best you could find. I liked the breakfast and morning waitresses were nice( nicer than the waitress in the evening). Overall was a good option considering the cost and location. Room was a bit small but was enough for us. Liked complementary drinks and snacks.

  We stayed for two nights at a weekend. The hotel is perfect for a weekend trip! The staff at the reception is just great and helpful. They explained us everything we wanted to know. The rooftop bar is great and we got a free drink. The Jacuzzi is war and is placed at the rooftop! The rooms are clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay

  This was a fantastic hotel experience! The hotel staff were friendly and had suggestions when we checked in that we had not thought of doing/visiting. The room was clean and quiet; the breakfast was filling, varied, and delicious (with more veggies than traditional American); the gym was nice; and they had a laundry room! The hotel was walking distance from big attractions and near the metro station in case you do not feel like walking. Also, they offer free water bottles in the room ( about 5 a day). Finally, great pricing. I highly recommend this hotel!
