  Knowing Mary has been a blessing for me and my wife. She has followed us patiently during the last 2 years, introducing us to Pilates in a gradual and tailored way, and making both of us fall in love with this discipline. The location (Trastevere) is just perfect for whoever lives downtown. Mary is competent, professional and caring, the equipment is excellent and I would recommend this right away for both single and couple lessons.

  I highly recommend Mary and Pilatespace; she is the best Pilate’s instructor! She offers private and tailored lessons, which have been perfect for me to progress from absolute beginner to intermediate level. Lessons are challenging and varied with mat work, use of small apparatus and Cadillac/Reformer machines. Mary is very attentive and patient, making working out a complete pleasure.
