  sono incompetenti brutti anche senza l'esperienza non raccomando per niente , e un servizio brutto mi dispiace tanto per questa esperienza !!!!!!!!!!!! raccomando solo Bartolini non perde tempo con questo ufficio

  Nessun modulo a disposizione negli espositori vuoti. Attesa di 20m per pagare bollettino specifico per richiesta passaporto "non ne abbiamo. vada da un'altra parte". Pessimo. Andato in un ufficio postale a Mestre via San Donà, con numero analog di persone fatto tutto in 5m. E tutti i moduli disponibili sugli espositori. Quelli sempre vuoti a Piazzale Roma.

  L'ufficio più lento della storia. Minimo 10 minuti di attesa quando la sala é vuota, 30 minuti quando é piena.

  Today I had the most unpleasant experience after my arrival in Italy a year ago. Yes it was with one of the staff here. I was discreet, polite and tried very hard to speak Italian with him because he said sei in Italia devi parlare Italiano, actually he greeted me with hi but after I asked può parlare inglese he suddenly changed his mind. He scrabbled on my bulletino in rude manner to inform me that I got the amount wrong but wouldn't explain slowly even if I begged him to. The questions I prepared could easily be answered with yes or no, but he kept on speaking faster and faster totally ignoring my difficulty in understanding. I never felt more discriminated and couldn't help burst in tears. There could be misunderstandings btw us but if he really wanted to help that would not be the problem. All I know was I like Italian people less because of such unpleasant experiences in library, hospital and post offices. Scusi and arrividerci were the last thing I said before I left the counter, with all the efforts in vain.

  Ufficio molto affollato ma spazioso, il personale è sempre stato disponibile, cortese e garbato con me nella manciata di volte in cui mi ci sono rivolto. Rischio di lunghe code, specie negli orari di punta. Questo ufficio è anche punto di ritiro Amazon, comodissimo perché di passaggio per chi usa i mezzi pubblici (treno, autobus, tram, vaporetto).
