  Wanted to give some biscuits to my friends and family because they saved our lives during our Italy trip, but after a month of waiting...this is what we got. Crushed bags and random products. Wouldn't even be as bad if we had all our products but we're nearly missing half of what we put in. Never trusting them again.

  Not exactly the kindest.. but they did help, and it didnt take too long either.. the guy spoke decent English and even though the system failed multiple times he continued to help me and sort it out! I've seen worse!
