::You have to find the Regione Lombardia building and walk around it until you find an entrance to the inner area. There might be an ice skating rink, there was one in winter. Then you should see a sign which shows you where to go for this beautiful terrace. We had to wait in line for about 10 minutes, then go through a security check and were finally lead to the elevator. Everything was free and it was a wonderful experience!
