  Rooms are tidy and beds are comfortable. There is adequate storage for most guests and the facilities are good for the price. I found most of the staff friendly and very willing to help, there's also a good atmosphere if you're looking to meet other like-minded travellers. Although, not everything is perfect and you can find cheaper hostels where the facilities are better in Rome. The bar is also very small and attracts a big local crowd that are sometimes not the most well behaved.

  My stay in the Yellow Hostel was super nice! Specially because of the great people I've met there. That includes also the staff! A special thank you the singing bartender girl and the skilled juggler bartender dude (sorry, I don't remember your names :-/) from The Yellow Bar. And by last, but not least, the super Monica from the reception, who has among other skills fixing the elevator in the D/E building and handling complains about ghost reservations while keeping her great energy and smile! Thanks for everything, all of you!

  I had THE best experience in the yellow. One I’ll remember until my final days. The atmosphere, the vibe everything was amazing. I’ll be coming back one day (just got 93 other places to see first) but for anyone wanting to stay in Rome, and have a real experience this is the places To go- (plus free pasta and a 24hour bar what more could you want) great places for your first solo trip! Can’t rave about it enough!

  Prime location, it's just 10 minutes walk from Termini station, it's safe to walk around at night, there's a laundry shop next door. It's only 30 minutes walk to Trevi Fountain if the weather is good. The hostel is super clean, however the rooms are quite small, i stayed in a 4 bed female dorm and the room got over crowded when only 2 of us were there. The hostel has an affiliated bar that is so good and lively all night and just chill in the morning. They offer free pasta for lunch and the bakery options are good for breakfast. The staff is so friendly, ready to help at all times and give you tips to the best ways to get around. I would definitely stay there again.

  If you are a party person then this is the place for you, if you are looking for a budget friendly place but need your sleep to visit the beautiful of city of Rome then this place is NOT for you. I want to say that the staff was great, however every morning it felt like a parade in my room. The cleaning lady was great she was nice and quiet but the cleaning men who kept knocking on the door as they walk in the dorms without waiting (this is a girls dorm and we could be changing ) had very loud voices. I felt like I was in a hospital. I recommend this place if you are young and a deep sleeper , I can tell they put in a lot of work to make it fun and sociable but for a younger crowd . They have friendly staff and fun events but If you want your sleep without being woken up every single morning , please choose another place it was really a damper on my trip.
