  I booked three transfers with Tiberlimo and they were flawless. Drivers were always early impeccably dressed and safe. The Mercedes vans were new, exceptionally clean and well maintained. On our first transfer from Rome to Florence, our driver Nickolas went above and beyond to show us Sienna, a Chianti family vineyard and San Gimignano. In Sienna he took us to watch a contrada group tucked away practicing with flags for the Il Palio horse race which was fantastic. He then took us to Chianti family winery to experience the food and wine which were exceptional and then to San Gimignano for Gelato. Nicholas was patient and exquisitely knowledgeable about the region. He delivered us to our hotel door with bags, which was not easy as in Florence as our hotel was next to Il Duomo di Firenze. Our driver on the second transfer was ILDEBRANDO who was wonderful and extremely well read on the food, history, geography of Italy and the Tuscany region, and Italian WW2 history . He showed us beautiful sights from Piazzale Michelangelo, to a WW2 American cemetery to the Gladiator movie home scenes set location in Tuscany. We traveled to San Quirico d'Orcia to walk the small town and to Bagno Vignoni to dip our feet in a hot springs creek outside of town. We ate at a Michelin starred restaurant he recommended. This was a fabulous day for us. Our last transfer was to the Airport from our hotel in Rome. Christian our driver was again early, impeccably dressed, safe and provided water for the trip. The driver’s were all very safe and reliable. I highly recommend this fantastic company and these drivers. The prices were the best I found which they stated upfront on their website and I will definitely be booking them for future trips. Unforgettable experiences from this company. Book this company with confidence as you will be treated like royalty.

  My husband and I recently traveled to Italy on two separate occasions to visit our daughter who is studying abroad. I cannot say enough about the positive impact Tiber Limo had on our travel experience. While planning our first trip, we were on the fence about whether to rent a car or hire a car service for our extensive transfers. We were weighing the cost of a private car service versus the logistics of handling the unfamiliar roads, the directions, the parking and the language barrier. When it came time for our second trip the following month, there was no question in our minds. Our first call was to Tiber. We traveled stress-free in the spacious comfort of a Mercedes van with cold water and wifi — we were able to nap or watch the beautiful Italian countryside out the window. We were able to ask questions and learn about what we were seeing. When last-minute changes needed to be made to our itinerary, Tiber immediately accommodated us. From Irene in the office, to owners Enzo and Andrea, to our drivers, Florian, Brando and Nicholas ... they went above and beyond to ensure our trips were absolutely unforgettable. This is a top-notch, customer service-driven group of professionals. Even before we arrived, we received prompt responses to all of our questions and invaluable assistance in planning our itinerary based on their vast local/insider knowledge of the various areas to which we were traveling. Upon arrival, and throughout the many legs of our travels in Italy, we were treated to prompt and professional service that truly exceeded our expectations. The English-speaking drivers were friendly, courteous and happy to share their considerable insights into Italian culture, history and geography. They served not only as our transportation, they were our tour guides, our personal concierge service and our local hosts all rolled into one. They even advised us about which sights to see, which stops to make along our way and what local culinary specialties to indulge in. I recommend Tiber wholeheartedly and with 100% confidence. This was money VERY well spent.

  ***WARNING*** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! There are far better options than this company. We used them while in Rome and it was horrible!!! Driver spoke very little English, major communication issues, reckless driving, kept using a translator on his phone to communicate, almost got into several accidents since he was using his phone typing English words and texting. So unsafe with little kids in the car, we were terrified!!! Left us at the Vatican for over 3 hours, had to turn our cell service on to locate him, gave us wrong ticket information, then had to walk over a mile to get to the van, not sure why we hired a driver. He kept talking about how the other companies/drivers get priority parking and he has to park far. The few sites we saw, we had to walk a far distance since he was not familiar with parking, streets, etc. Wish we had used another company!!! Most of the tour was drive-by and no time to stop since he left us and then got lost several times! He kept apologizing that we didn't see 1/2 the sites that we were suppose to & then decided to take us back to the ship early...WHAT?! It was the most awful day of our cruise and we cannot get that back. DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!!! THE OTHER TOUR OPERATORS ARE WAY MORE PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE!!! DON'T TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY & RUIN YOUR TRIP!!! WE CONTACTED THE COMPANY & THEY AGREED TO REFUND 50% & APOLOGIZED, HOWEVER, THEY HAVE NEVER STOOD BY THERE WRITTEN PROMISE!!! NO REFUND TO DATE!!! THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL!!!

  Absolutely perfect! Irene and her team run a A+ operation - we have been using their company for several years during our trips to Italy and right from Airport transfers from the cruise terminal, to city tours in Italy, their service has always been perfect. The quality of the limos, the timeliness and the responsiveness of Irene are world class. And each and every driver has been great - we have pictures with all of them - a delight to know that our travel needs in Italy will always be in good hands with Tiber Limo. Thanks!

  Tiber Limousine Service is a “Best in Class” company! My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon across most of Italy and Tiber Limousine Service rolled out the red carpet for us. They were professional and passionate in what they do and it truly showed. The tours and sites they suggested were some of the most well-planned and executed tours I’ve ever been on. The tour guides they arranged for us were very informative and professional, as well. Plus, the drivers keep very clean vehicles. When booking our honeymoon, I found their website was easy to navigate and their response time to returning emails was prompt. There is nothing I would have changed about the experience Tiber Limousine provided for us. I wish they provided their services WORLDWIDE!
