  Reserved and paid the price of 900 euro for 6 days for a Mercedes-Benz C Class......instead they gave me a Volvo V60 diesel and paid the same price.......the worst car I have ever driven......Made my driving through the Dolomites horrible.......you ask for one thing and get the other.......since when does a Mercedes-Benz cost the same as a Volvo? Seems like a scam to me.....they dont even advertise the Volvo......the advertisement clearly shows a picture of a late model mercedes c class.....Volvos arent equivalent either nor in price or quality or status......there should have been a significant discount for having such an inferior vehicle.......At home I drive a 2016 C300 coupe mercedes benz.....so I know the difference......inferior company......Next time I'll stick with Budget or Avis where I pay more but makes more business sense to get better product......Ive driven many cars in my life time and I thought Fords were terrible......nope.....thanks to Sixt......i now know why Volvo drivers are so persocuted......their car really sux

  Sono cliente sixt da molto tempo e sono stato in questo ufficio il 19/09/16 al mattino. Ho chiesto direttamente al desk un'auto a noleggio per una giornata, una piccola ( chiaramente disponibile su internet con partenza da Mestre stazione) e mi è stato risposto che avevano solo auto grandi a più di 120 euro. Ho creduto alla ragazza ( una giovane bionda alle prime armi) ma poi ho ricontrollato su internet e vi era oggettivamente disponibilità per una macchina piccola a 44 euro circa. Che fosse una forma di upselling disonesta ? Altre due cose: servizio lentissimo, neanche un sorriso a pagarlo oro e la manager che cerca il suo cliente con un'espressione del tipo " ma dov'è finito l'arabo ?". Avoid this office.
