  They delivered just the first three words of the message I attached to the flowers, and when I complained about that they sent me a very nasty and rude email like if I wasn’t a customer and spent money on their shop. They are not professionals at all! I highly dissuade anyone who is looking for a professional and gentle service, from using their website and products. Hanno consegnato i fiori soltanto con le prime tre parole del messaggio di auguri che avevo scritto nel loro sito. Quando poi ho fatto notare che ero ovviamente insoddisfatto del servizio offerto, mi hanno risposto con maleducazione e molta molta arroganza. Quasi non avessi pagato e mi avessero fatto un favore nell’elargire il servizio. Roba da pazzi! Invece di scusarsi aggrediscono. Sconsiglio vivamente questo servizio commerciale a tutti coloro i quali cercano professionalità e rispetto prima, dopo e durante la transazione.

  Ambiente accogliente e profumatissimo, il proprietario e le figlie sono delle fantastiche persone dalle mille idee, pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza...con professionalità ed eleganza che raramente si trovano da queste parti.. nel mio caso io li ho conosciuti durante l'organizzazione di un matrimonio.. e sono felicissimo di averli conosicuti.

  I was very impressed by the very imaginative way Mr. Rosario work with his international customers. The service was very efficient, and very quick. I order from the USA where I am currently located, to have the bouquet delivered in Catania and the process was very quick without any delay the order was delivered within an hour
