  I WAS BLACKMAILED AND DISRESPECTED BY THE MANAGER I visit this place on new years eve, the party was organized by we play the music we like. I previously bought the ticket online, paying 12 euro. I arrived to the place by 3 am i show my ticket at the door and they gave me the card to count the drink and services. I took one beer at the bar, they made a 2 dot mark in the place for the first consummation. I went for another beer and this time they made a 4 dots mark. I asked the girl that served me the beer why this time the mark was different and she say that it is was the same thing. When i took the third beer they made two dots and then on my last beer they made 4 dots in a space called extra. The whole time there was a sign with the price list saying that beer is 5 euro. I went to pay for the drinks already knowing that something will go wrong. Instead of 20 euros they asked 31 euros. Politely i asked if they can explain why i needed to pay 31 euros if only drank 4 beers. They told me to wait and talk to the manager. The manager told me that he does not care, i need to pay 31 euros if i want to leave, I repeat to him that just need to know why they charged me 31 euros even if i just drank 4 beers each at 5 euros. Then he send a waiters to take away the sign and he told me that there was no such sign with prices. AT THIS POINT HE SAID TO ME: "YOU HAVE TWO OPTIONS; PAY 70 EURO, BECAUSE RIGHT NOW YOU JUST LOST YOUR DRINK CARD OR YOU CAN JUST PAY 31 EURO AND GO" (at this point i they have my drink card) Having no choice i decided to pay 31 euro and leave. I ask for the paper pass to leave and at this point the manager throw me a bunch of paper bills. I leave the place really annoyed by the insanely disrespectful behavior of the manager, then at the door i was stop by security personnel cause the manager have gave to me the wrong paper to go out. I need to go back again to ask him to give me the ticket to leave. This time he said I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE. At this point i what at the end of my patience but finally he gave me the right ticket and i was able to leave. I EXPECT TO BE CONTACTED REGARDING THIS INCIDENT AND RECEIVE AN EXPLANATION.

  Extremely rude and incompetent staff. We were not allowed leave the place without paying at least €50 as the entry and exit system required cards that we were not told about. We were literally trapped in this nightclub for hours while the staff wouldn't accommodate us and were only getting angry at us. A horrible experience.

  We paid to enter and were given cards. I lost my card and the security would not let me leave. I have never heard of a club so backward that it asks for identification upon exit. Bar staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. I felt like a prisoner, an absolutely horrible experience and the club itself was sleazy and very badly managed.
