  Metro station with Line A. Platform is far underground. You have to take a long escalator. The place is not very clean.

  On A-line metro to Termini. Sadly so many faults; several broken ticket machines, broken-down escalators, and dirty walkways. Graffiti everywhere and a long walk from street to train. The Rome Metro is suffering from under-investment, and it’s hard for people to respect the infrastructure when the owners clearly don’t.

  These escalators go deep. My fear of heights kicked in, felt dizzy. , Hold on to small kids

  Beautiful fountain, great cafes nearby the metro stop
