  This was a terrible experience, hair was not well done and nails someone else had to finish, hair up and a French manicure was €180 (not what I was quoted) it was an absolute rip off, very rude receptionist - Do not use this saloon

  Absolute rubbish, gave me a haircut i didnt want; mohawk when i asked for a gentlemans cut, because it was closing time (i wasnt aware) and he wanted to leave. Bad impression, bad vibes, terrible service, doesnt deserve to run. DONT GO IN, there are plenty other decent hairdressers.

  Would not recommend getting nails done here if you want a good finish. My nails turned out horrible and were very expensive. I was understanding at the quality not being the best but when it cost me triple the amount as in Australia with this finish I was absolutely shocked. Oh and not to mention the lady who charged me winked to another staff member after she took my money. Dodgy. 70€ for normal shellac.

  We were referred here for manicure/pedicure by our hotel. Big mistake. They were ill-equipped to handle 2 people at once for these services. One staff member obviously didn't know what she was doing. It took nearly 3 hours to complete 2 manis/pedis and they were rushing at the end. THEN, they charged me 220 euros for the service and said the credit card machine wasn't working. I regret not arguing with them about the cost (especially given the mediocre services) but we were in a hurry to make a tour. Buyer beware! It seems they like to rip off tourists. Truly unfortunate as I watched the hair salon services and they seemed on or above par. They should stick to hair as nail services are definitely not their forte.

  Very bad hair salon with disrespectful, rude and unprofessional employees! They don't speak English and have no presentation at their stinking and untidy salon! Yuk! �They told me their credit card machine was broken ....a complete lie because they want to avoid paying extra fee to the credit card companies so when they finish providing services to their clients they ask for cash and we overseas clients end up paying more at ATM for international bank card cash withdrawal! The stylist who did my hair mixed a tiny drop of shampoo with water to wash my hair and no conditioner.....she pulled my hair causing breakage more than blowdrying it gently! Hate it! Never going back to this gross place!!!! �
