::Modern construction, Compact rooms, good food, quiet surrounding. The hotel is on outskirts of Rome, in a sparsely populated area. No assistance was available for towing the bags. Two lifts lead to upper floors. Rooms are very compact. There was no fan in the room. It was winter officially & hence the hotel did not switch on the AC. The fan of the AC unit was running only after keeping the front door open. The windows need to be kept wide open to overcome the heat at night. A small table & a chair in the passage was obstructing the movement. TV had limited channels. Only two channels were in English. WIFI was free but at reduced speed. An Ethernet port was available on the writing table. A small fridge & a locker was available. The fridge was useful for chilling the tap water and thus suppress its taste. Breakfast hall was very much crowded with tourist groups. The meal was continental. Food taste was also OK. Garbage dumped in the courtyard was creating an eyesore. The hotel recommends not to bring any drink or eatables inside the room. The house would make the customer pay heavily in case the bed linens are stained.

::WiFi is difficult to connect to. Room is ok, but the hotel is seriously lacking because they don’t offer a shuttle bus to the airport. That makes taking public transportation very difficult and expensive

::28.8 degrees celsius in the room. No way to turn on the airconditioning, because it is winter... in april. Rude personel when you tell them this doesn't make sense. Save your money and sleep somewhere else. No more best western for me.

::Run down hotel in a bad neighbourhood. The rooms are ok, though they had problems in the evening and there was no hot water. That was sorted by the morning, but still very annoying. Breakfast- if you like eating pastries for breakfast you'll be happy. If you prefer something warm- than its very poor.

::It was comfortable enough as a place to sleep for one or two nights. Nice towels, but no wash cloth. Floors are not carpeted. Room is too small for the bed. The staff is helpful. The restaurant doesn't open until 7pm, and there are few restaurants in walking distance. Most of the time we bought tasty food at the Simply Market in the next block and ate in our room, much cheaper than the restaurant. Hotel is in a run down suburb. Trash and graffiti and weeds growing in the side walk. It is near a bus stop and Metro line C. They also provide a free scheduled shuttle to the Metro line A station (Anagnina) so you can see the sights.
