  Hotel and staff were lovely. Location was leafy green and away from the centre. Loved it. The romms simple and clean... with all that we needed even slippers and a white robe for use. There were some pieces of art ...paintings and sculpture on show and comfortable sofas to sit and lounge in ...when time permitted. There is a football stadium near by and fans walk to there in grand chorus... but very peaceful. Lido is one stop away and the center and sights about 20 to 30 minutes in the opposite direction. The river bus stop is also near by and a delli and cafe of breakfast and lunch is needed outside. The breakfast at the hotel is superb...a lot of choice and clients can sit outdoors when the weather permits or inside with soft music piped over head. Just lovely and my friend and I enjoyed our stay there very much.

  Ottima colazione molto ricca. Vicino all' imbarco dei vaporetti ed in posizione centrale rispetto alle destinazioni più ambite: S. Marco, Lido, Murano. Facile raggiungere a piedi San Marco.

  Wonderful service and superb hotel away from the hustle and bustle of touristy Venice. The location is just 15 minutes by ferry away from San Marco the Venice epicenter. Book directly so you can get free breakfast.

  Gutes Hotel etwas Abseits (30 Minuten zu Fuß) der Innenstadt. Das Gebäude un die Ausstattung sind renoviert und für Venedigverhältnisse sehr sehr gut. Das Personal kann gut verständliches Englisch und war zu jeder Zeit nett. Frühstück (9 € pro Person) kann man ohne bedenken empfehlen sofern man auf süßes Frühstückt steht. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt :)

  The location is convenient. 3 minutes walk to the boat station. Neighborhood is nice and quite. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast rate is very reasonable ($9/person). Overall it’s a very good place to stay at Venice.
