::Unfortunately I have a very bad experience regarding this place. Booked a room about a month ago, one day before my arrival I received an e-mail regarding exact time of my arrival. I responded and went there on the next day. Nobody answered the door so I called them and they told me that my booking was cancelled! Just like that, the Man on the phone didn’t even say sorry. It was Saturday afternoon, long weekend because 1st of May is a day off in many countries and it caused me a lot of problems. In my opinion it is absolutely unprofessional and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

::If there was a minus rating I would give them that. I had requested for a late entry and this guy denied me entry at 2:00 am in the night, I was alone and stranded in Pisa. Further he demanded 60 Euros for me to just get in. In essence don't stay at this place. The owner is a cheat who just wants to fleece your money. This person ruined my entire dream to visit Pisa which i had cherished since childhood. Don't ruin yours.

::Couldn't find the entrance, Wi-Fi was weak, paid more than the booking upon arrival, not enough towels, breakfast was only sweets. But... beautiful view, conveniently located by airport, bus and train station, not far from Leaning Tower, and very nice people.

::The room was very cold. It was hard to locate as there was no indication on the building.

::We stayed for 2 nights. The first night was not pleasant because the other tenants were very rude. However once they left everything was fine for the second night.
