  Manuela was excellent-very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Her English is excellent. However, Europcar has to do something about return access. We arrived to return the car at 1:30 pm but the office is closed from 1 pm to 3:30 pm for lunch. No key drop and making matters worse--you must pay to enter the car lot and Europcar's stalls when the Europcar office is closed. There must be a way to come to an arrangement with the owner of the car park to allow Europcar customers into the parking lot without charge when the Europcar office is closed for lunch.

  相手が日本人と分かってか、わかりやすい英語で丁寧に説明してくれたのが、担当だった Mr. Maurizio. チェックアウト・チェックイン共に彼が担当してくれたので、気持ちよく手続きできた。やっぱりサービス業は「人」だよね！

  Hem fet la reserva a través del RAC. Ja que després de llegir tots els comentaris que surten a Internet, vaig arribar a la conclusió de que era millor confiar en el rac, per assegurar que contractava el que volia. He agafat una assegurança a tot risc, ja que conduir per Sicília és tota una aventura. Europcar correcte ho tenia ja tot pagat, em van retenir 100€ que estic a la espera de que me'ls retornin. El cotxe bé, a hem agafat GPS que ens ha anat molt bé per circular per PALERMO.

  The car booked 2 weeks ago was not available. I had to rent a more expensive one. Nice car indeed, but that's not a fair business.
