::Worst service ever. I reserved a diesel vehicle a month before. When I got there I was given a regular gas vehicle and was told that they don't make diesel vehicles in the category I choose and that I could take what they had for me or I can walk. I was given an email to make my complaint. I then found out that it was a lie and that they do have diesel vehicles. The staff was rude and did not care for me at all. Worst experience ever next time I'll choose a different rental company.

::Good service on a busy day. I read some bad reviews so was hesitant but found instead it was a long line of rude, low patience customers, and the staff keeping their cool and being helpful!!!

::lesson learned: - PHOTO/VIDEO everything. The car, in 360 degrees, check everything and record everything. - Pay all your fuel with credit cards and keep receipts. - PHOTO your fully filled gauge with the mileage when you return the car. - NEVER drop off the car at the parkade. - Never accept offers from the Europcar staff to "take care of the paperwork" without getting into the office ensuring that everything is signed-off. - LET THE STAFF know that you did take photos and videos of everything. or you will deeply regret.
