  Ich hasse es, wenn Öffnungszeiten nicht eingehalten werden, die akzeptable Ware angeblich versprochen, die andere sehr mager aussieht und der Kunde als Belästigung des Personals behandelt wird. Künftig werde ich einen großen Bogen um das Geschäft machen.

  I had a not good experience with this shop, we required a set of plants and flowers for an event and did not get what we asked, not very professional approach. Of course it was one event experience and I might have been unlucky.

  Fairly good selection of flowers though they aren't the most friendly or exciting florists in Venice.
