  I have traveled all over the world and honestly in this hotel they gave me a first class treatment, especially traveling overseas. She was not the only one, but Miss Laura at the front desk is the best, she was really helpful, respectful and full of patience to all my questions. The hotel cleanliness is on point, but the overall service from all the staff was phenomenal. I recommend it 100%. I'm coming back, and I'm coming here, not taking chances.

  Nice, comfortable and convenient hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean with a modern look. The staff is lovely and friendly, and speak several languages. They also provide touristic information to guests however I recommend doing your own research. We were travelling with someone in a wheelchair and this person is entitled to travel for free along with the person who pushes the wheelchair (who also travels for free) We didn't know and ended up buying tickets for all of us. It's not really their fault, but since we bought the tickets from the hotel lobby (for the same price they are sold everywhere else) it would have been helpful if would have told us this. The restaurant has a very nicely arranged cooked buffet breakfast however the evening menu needs a bit of work, the dishes sound good but they could be a whole lot better! (Specially the burger, it's really a shame!)

  Room 611 was good. Enough room and the bathroom was nice. Everything was very clean. Costumer service is fantastic and helpful. The bus is right outside the hotel and a 10 minute ride to Venice, 8 minute ride to ottobre. Definitely a come back.

  The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was no view. This place is excellent for easy access to airport or for bus into Venice. This is the main reason we stayed here. The staff was excellent and very helpful and polite. The breakfast was only a 3 or maybe a 4 if I was really hungry. I enjoyed variety of drinks unlike most Buffett. Parking was easy. A small work out room and laundry room was quite handy for our long trip.

  Lovely modern hotel, with friendly staff who were willing to offer assistance with any queries. We stayed for seven days and 6 nights, with breakfast included. The hotel itself is 15 minutes away from Venice (on the no. 5 or 19 bus), we bought our tickets at the front desk for 20€ which allowed for 24 hour travel from first tap in. The food at the hotel was lovely, well cooked and a nice selection of starters, mains and desserts. All in all it was a very enjoyable trip, with nice comfy rooms. Highly recommend!
