::Very welcoming and friendly hotel. Close to Termini. Breakfast served in this hotel is very tasty with large selection of dishes, pancakes and omlets. Foreign travelers will be satisfied and full. Hotel service at a very high level, cleaning ladies and service in the restaurant are very nice. Staff at reception are full proffesionals - they will help you to sort out any issue and are trustworthy, meet the expectations of the guests. Room was spacious and bright as well as nicely decorated. It was fine stay.

::Our hotel room was great- two adults and a toddler. The sound proof window worked like it should however- the doors are SUPER thin and you can hear everyone passing by in the hall. The hotel is two blocks away from the train station, so it was perfect! It is only 6 blocks from the colosseum! There are many great restaurants and grocery stores on the same block the hotel is on! The air worked perfectly fine. The beds were temperpedic. The pillows were a little hard. & the roof top terrace for breakfast was amazing!

::Good location, friendly staff. They accommodated our group of 18 professionally. We left at 5:30AM and they even made sure we had a packed breakfast to take with us. Only problem is the roof top bar. Hours of operation we're not convenient, and the booze was fairly expensive (comparatively speaking).

::The main reason I'm giving the Hotel Palladium Palace 3 stars is because of it's ideal location, located walking distance from Roma Termini. The customer service was also great. However, the hotel was lacking in cleanliness, some updates need to be made to modernize it, walls are very thin and there is poor sound proofing, and the room was quite compact and small, so much so that any odors are concentrated in the room.

::This want the hotel we booked, we were moved here for 1 night only. Staff were friendly and helpful with sight seeing tips offered and pointed out on the map. Not centrally located so you would need to use public transport to some sites. Room was big with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast was nice but we thought the coffee was not drinkable, uht milk and burnt beans taste. Quite close to a number of places to eat and shop.
