Perfect spot for nearby travelers! Dropped off nearly a carry-on full of dirty laundry and picked up 4 hours later washed and folded, 10 Euros. Hotel wanted 100 Euros for same service. Excellent find!

Great place for self service. We were on vacation and needed clean clothes. Babu was great and helpful!

Worst service in Italy? We chose to self service because contrary to the images on Google this shop is very untidy with bags of washing and bags, baskets and other random items all over the place - we didn't feel confident that items wouldn't get lost - seems very disorganised. This seemed to piss the owner off who once finding out we were using self service was very rude to us and offered no assistance, pretending we weren't there. We put 3 of the 4 euro required into the machine before realising that our last euro was in the wrong denominations. The staff member said he wouldn't change our money - as he pulled out single euros from his pocket to feed further machines..he also had a whole container of change to feed the machines. We were going to take back our money and leave but the machine does not give your money back once you put it in. I had to stand next to the machine and wait while my husband went to try find change. Once washed the clothing smelt nice but was dripping wet. No spin cycle it seems. It is 1euro per 10 minutes to dry and as we had only managed to come up with 2 x 1 euro coins we got ourselves 20 minutes drying. Even on maxi the clothes didn't dry at all. Just hot and wet. My recommendation to tourists: - don't use if you can avoid. - if you have to and you don't mind the chance of losing clothes you'll probably get better service from getting them to do the washing for you. -if you are prepared to endure hostilities of the staff to self serve : *bring exact money -1 euro coins and 50 cents only * don't put the money in until you are sure of what cycle you want - you won't get a refund.

Great attention and service. A real savior while on vacation. Washed, dried and folded in 2 hours. Clothes smelled really good. Highly recommend this place!
