  Very Disappointed in this Laundry Service. My clothes did not look or smell clean at all. I wonder if they even used detergent. The clothes were full of static cling and I doubt they used fabric softener as well. There were stains still on two of my items which should have easily come out, but I suspect they did not take the time to check for any stains. They stuffed the clothes back into a bag unfolded and when I unpacked them back at the hotel, they were so badly wrinkled. I spent more time trying to iron them and really became angry when I discovered how badly cleaned they were and that I would have to take them to a self service laundromat and rewash them myself! The owner also was not very friendly either, but it was probably due to difficulty communicating with me in English. I thought this place would help me save time and money by having them do it, but obviously that was not the case. Lesson learned. If you want to have anything done right, you must do it yourself!
