  My wife gives it 5 stars. I give it 1 b/c I always have to spend so much here :) :) service was great. She shopped; I drank proseccos.

  I left the store with the items I wanted but the young woman helping us was not very pleasant. For a world class shopping destination I would expect something more professional from the help. Slap a smile on sweetie and help people out with their purchases... after all you are in retail!

  I went here in October 2017. There were a lot customers with limited staffs so there should be the better way to manage that. I had to wait for a long time as staffs were busy with other customers, till I came to a staff and asked by myself if she was available. Then after that, I got a good and friendly service.

  The experience I got was bad. Waited for 10mins and no one offered to help. Sales is very condescending and impatient, recommendation is catering for older clientele. Sorry, fur is really not my thing.

  I have got my Da Vinci Mona Lisa bag. Love it! Great shop...
