::Good service, chambers are need but you do not always have a nice look outside. Breakfast is great and the hotel is very proper.

::Comfortable hotel. Had everything I wanted bc it's a resort hotel. It costs about €14 to take a taxi to the center of Milan. Also, the metro was close and only 6 quick stops to the tourist area and €2.5 per trip per person. Must try their massage, gym, and must sit outside in the restaurant.

::I stayed during an Oncology conference that was close by. The hospitality is warm. I needed a handy hot water bag for back ache that I requested be purchased and delivered. It was procured promptly, and the hotel said I could use it during my stay and there was no need to buy it, they will keep it on returning,it will help other guests some time. It was a good example of caring hospitality.
