  Today I made the reservation in this hotel, but being in hurry ( happens to everyone )I’ve mistaken the dates and made the reservation with a not refundable rate . Due to my previous experience as a Reservations agent for different Hotels in Italy, I knew, that the payment of the reservations are never immediate and there is always a possibility to contact the hotel and ask them kindly to change the dates ( I’m not talking about refund). The staff of this hotel was very rude and after my request ( first in the on the phone, then via email ), they made immediately the charge through poss and replied on my e-mail, denying the change of the date! Nevertheless they had an availibility! I strongly recommend people not to stay there in order to avoid awful service!

  The rooms are okay. They do not provide iron box and ask to send it to laundry, which is expensive. Staff should be trained on communication. While the reception and house keeping personal were better, the service staff were rude.

  Close to lotto metro station made it very convenient to get around Milan. Decent breakfast selection. Clean rooms. Shower was a bit small so hard to wash your hair. Bed was firm and pillow very flat so may not be comfortable for you.
