  If you can get a room, go for it. Loved the personal service and location. Cheap in comparison

  We stayed here for 3 nights in May to celebrate my husbands 30th birthday. The staff very kindly left us a bottle of champagne in our room as a nice gesture. Our room was incredibly clean and modern. Our room was cleaned daily. The location is absolutely perfect for a short stay in Rome - so central for all the touristy places that one would like to visit. This was also a lot cheaper than staying in a hotel in the same vicinity. Can’t recommend this place enough!

  We had a great stay at this guesthouse. The location was perfect, service was excellent (Thank you, Alessandro!) and the room - furniture, beddings, minibar, a/c, toilet and bath - was top notch! We surely got good value for our money. We will definitely stay here again!

  The location is superbe, right on top on the Spanish steps. The staff is very welcoming, professional and kind. The room are amazing luxurious
