  TRUFFATORI NATI, SONO LE STESSE PERSONE DI RENTISSIMO COLOSSEO, affittano macchine in condizioni indecenti sia esterne che meccaniche, così presumibilmente i danni che con alta probabilità si verificheranno durante il noleggio verranno pagati in parte con la franchigia del cliente e in parte da assicurazione. Sto contattando tutte le persone truffate per farvi CAUSA, gente come voi è la rovina di questo paese e meritate di chiudere istantaneamente la vostra "attività". NON FIDATEVI E CERCATE ALTRI RENT A CAR

  The worst ever. The service here totally ruined my mood and plan. We were supposed to pick up a car at 12 but we went there at about 11:20 just in case there would be a long queue, but we got the car at around 1pm. It seems that they do not have enough cars as advertised so they need to contact other allies to suit the demand. As a often traveller, it is understandable to pick up a car later than scheduled since it happens sometimes. However, what really pissed me off was the attitude that the italian female staff had toward customers. She seemed not to care about the delay and even left us in the middle of the long waiting, saying the other staff would take over my case. Probably going for lunch. Not a word of sorry or something like that. Afterwards, i saw all the replies posted here and realized that what i experienced is not one time thing. Should have gone with hertz or others which were only 2 euros more expensive. Don't go there.

  Nunca mais alugarei carros na Maggiore. Me cobraram danos já existentes no veículo. Ainda continuam me cobrando por algo que não faço a menor ideia do que trata. O site da Maggiore não tem uma forma de se fazer reclamações. Não tive uma experiência tão ruim na locação de um veículo. A locação na Maggiore foi uma péssima experiência.

  Non avete accettato ben 2 carte di credito perché non avete i circuiti aperti. Avete lasciato a piedi i miei genitori pensionati (e mio padre INVALIDO) solo perché non siete aggiornati. Chiesto per il rimborso avete risposto che voi non centrate nulla. Vergognosi da DENUNCIA...........
