  No AC was tough on very hot Rome days, but the accommodations otherwise we're very nice, and the location was great.

  Great location in a quiet area. Breakfast is very simple fare but pleasant to have. AC is a really nice benefit!

  Great location and very comfortable place. Right up the street is a great food joint (toward termini) and the Colosseum is literally a 15 min walk. Also they do actually serve breakfast in the morning. Everything is clean and tidy.
