  One of Venice's best kept secrets. We always stop here when in Venice. The bread and pastries, especially the challah, is fabulous. Try the azime Dolce. They're the star shaped anise cookies. A classic Venetian recipe. Be respectful. Like many old shops in Venice its very small and if you barrel in and aren't patient you're likely to get treated rudely. As you should.
