  The worst experience ever! The restaurant looks quite attractive from outside, nice and cozy seats, neat, well dressed waiters. But don’t get fooled by this! Service was non existent! We ordered a still water by the time waiter got to the fridge he forgot was it sparkling or still, we were rushed to give our order and then absolutely neglected. He never came back to take our wine order, we had to ask for everything like salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, nothing was offered. When our pasta dishes were brought out we hadn’t finished starters yet. The presentation of dishes is horrible and the taste only ok! The restaurant wasn’t busy at that time but the waiters were too busy watching TV or talking to somebody they knew. Prices were average except the fact that they charge €4.50 for bread and 15% service charge for the service given! When I inquired the waiter about it and mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the service and a charge for it, I was told -,, we don’t like women smiling like you! And if you don’t like our restaurant don’t come anymore!’’

  We had read some reviews prior to coming and were a little hesitant. However seeing the restaurant from outside and seeing some good reviews gave us the courage to come in. I am happy we took the risk. The setting is very nice, and contemporary. They had a lovely buffet spread but we opted to order from the menu. The restaurant has a sister restaurant next door so they offer 2 menus it can be a little confusing. I ordered the lasagna which was amazing. My lovely wife hard the spaghetti with tomato sauce. Which she describes as incredible, with a rich savory sauce. The portions are a good size, the meal itself sits comfortably in the stomach. We finished with some tiramisu, profiteroles, tea and a cappuccino. They charge €7 for service and €3 for the bread. The food itself is fairly priced. Overall it was a good evening.

  Das mittelgroße und moderne Restaurant ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt vom belebten Bahnhof Termini. Die kleinen rechteckigen Tische sind auf zwei Etagen angeordnet, wobei man im Erdgeschoss die hohe Deckenhöhe geniessen kann. Die Antipasti-Speisen sind sehr geschmackvoll um die Zentrale Säule angerichtet und passen gut zur weiteren Innenaustattung des Raums. Die italienischen Küche ist gut und je nach Tageszeit auch recht schnell. Mittags ist es voll und kann es etwas länger dauern bis die Bestellung ankommt. Die Kellner sprechen Englisch und teilweise Deutsch. Preise sind typisch für Rom. Positiv überrascht hat mich das geschmackvolle WC im Keller.

  Der Service war uns zwei Sterne wert. Zum Anfang noch aufmerksam, haben wir am Ende gefühlte Stunden auf eine Chance zum bezahlen gewartet. Das Essen war uns beiden ebenfalls nur zwei Sterne wert. Wir haben kurz überlegt, ob wir doch nur einen Stern geben. Warum? Wir haben zwei Pizzen mit Schinken und Rucola bestellt. Der Salat wurde kurz bevor er auf unseren Pizzen landete, gewaschen (was nicht schlimm ist). Leider war die Hälfte vom Wasser dann mit auf unseren Tellern. Doch was dann noch auf einer Pizza lag, hat uns sprachlos gemacht. Eine grüne Wanze hatte es sich zwischen den Rucolablättern gemütlich gemacht! Schockierend oder? Auf den Hinweis bot man uns eine Ersatz-Pizza an, die wir ablehnten. Auf der Rechnung wurden selbstverständlich beide Pizzen berechnet. Dafür wurde uns die Servicegebühr von 15% erlassen. Sind doch wirklich nett, diese Italiener. Beim Schreiben dieses Berichtes, merke ich ein Aufsteigen von Bauchweh. Na toll! Machen Sie sich Ihr eigenes Bild. Wir haben den Entschluss gefasst, die Konkurrenz zu probieren und nie wieder zu kommen.
