::I tried a Vinyasa flow session and it was absolutely powerful. The facilities are elegant and clean and the staff is professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

::Horrible customer service and un-flexible plans/value compared to other centres in Rome. It is a shame because the instructors teaching the yoga classes are good. The rooms are always crowded and it is really unpleasant to do a class (especially hot yoga) when it is filled to capacity. Changing rooms are small but comparable in size to most gyms in Rome. There are many other options in Rome for yoga and pilates where you will pay less and obtain a much better overall experience.
