  I booked a car over the internet and wanted to cancel within 5 minutes. They charged the whole amount and refunded nothing! Theft! Stay away!

  Hired a car from here via Ryanair/Car trawler, was very worried about the reviews. Unforunately we acratched one of the car doors and I expected to get fleeced. Told the clerk about this (a guy) and he said it was fine, such a minor scratch was no issue, got my €200 deposit back just fine. I'd say this car hire is just fine, my experience.

  BE AWARE OF ZTL IN ITALIA AND FEES FOR FINE FROM RENTING COMPANY ! This company like many others in Italia charge you 73€ for every fine you got during your trip (administrative services they say...), meaning you have to pay your fine afterwards. And if you're aware about ZTL, you will get value for your money (just look on internet).

  The guy at the office wasn't particularly polite, but he did his job very efficiently and gave me a much better car than I had booked and paid for (the car was fairly new with many fancy features). I had chosen this rental company, because it also allows to return the car at the airport, at a penalty smaller than the taxi fare. The only thing I can complain about are the opening times - the office takes a 2h lunch break, which meant that I had to pick up and thus return the car a bit too early for my departure flight (as I didn't want to pay a full day for just 1.5 h rental time).

  MAFIA ROBBERY !! DO NOT TAKE A CAR FROM THEM ! They are so incompetent, they gave us a car - after 2 days it had a breakdown at the HIGHWAY ! The gas just stopped working for no reason, we called the 24 hour number from them to send us somebody to pick up the car, first I told her like 10 times the name of the highway we are and around which town, she wouldn'tt get it so I sent her in WhatsApp, after 2 hours somebody who doesn't speak a word in English would pick us up and let us randomly out anywhere, we had no idea of nothing. not the name of the dove nor the company that was driving our car away. We had to PAY the taxi to get to the airport fully OURSELVES just so they can tell us they cannot give us another car because they don't know where it is and they were shouting at me that I am still responsible for the car and maybe now its somewhere and they could never find it again. This lady was just funny in my eyes, 0 knowledge of nothing but shouting at costumers and destroying their holiday. After all that we still came there the next day to try to get another car, they wanted us to make a deposit of 800€ WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY TO DO !! They will randomly take money from your account without a bill and nothing ! after all that we went to Europe car and everything was FINE
