  Sede della Questura di Bolzano molto vicina al centro storico piazza Walter e alla stazione centrale, tutto a distanza di pochi minuti a piedi. Presenti tutti gli uffici aperti al pubblico, passaporti immigrazione, licenze , denunce etc. Unico neo non è presente un parcheggio per il pubblico

  Very unfriendly people! If you don't speak Italian they don't even want to listen to you. First they don't let you in, you have to wait outside no matter how the weather is, i had to wait 40-60 minutes outside before somebody came down and picked people up, there were kids and pregnant woman standing literally in the street in the middle of freezing January and Police officers simply didn't care. Just for the record, Inside there is relatively big waiting room. During my several visits just one employee was nice and friendly, all the rest are very arrogant and rude. Everything is disorganised, you have to go there personally even for smallest information or making appointment , nothing seems possible online. I have never encountered such an unprofessional and unfriendly behaviour from Governmental entity in my life, even in less developed countries than Italy.

  Salve,mancanza de ordine per fare documenti (permesso di soggiorno) Arrivo alle 5.30 per prendere il ticket ???, niente tutto è un CAOS!!!
